Bosheng Medical Smart Factory Selected as Advanced-Level Intelligent Factory
Jiangsu Bosheng Medical New Materials Co., Ltd. has been named to the 2025 list of “Advanced-Level Intelligent Factories” released by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. The recognition highlights the company’s achievements in smart manufacturing and places it among the industry leaders in digital transformation and intelligent upgrading.
The “Advanced-Level Intelligent Factory” designation is part of government’s broader initiative to promote intelligent transformation and digitalization in the manufacturing sector. It aims to set industry benchmarks through high-standard evaluations and guide high-quality manufacturing development. The 2025 program marks the first time the selection has followed a tiered cultivation system, which includes four levels: Basic, Advanced, Excellence, and Leading. Advanced-level factories are required to achieve digitalization and networking across areas such as R&D design, precise control of key processes, and integrated multi-stage management. Priority is given to enterprises participating in the province’s “Building Strength and Strengthening Chains” initiative.
Bosheng Medical’s “Intelligent Factory for Pharmaceutical Packaging Materials Based on Highly Efficient Automation” uses next-generation IoT technologies. Centered around integrated production management, the company has established an intelligent production management system with ERP as its core and MES as its hub. By digitalizing production lines, equipment, and supply chain management, the factory has achieved horizontal coordination and vertical integration, significantly improving production efficiency for pharmaceutical packaging materials.
