Bosheng Medical Devices’ Smart Factory Selected as an Advanced-Level Smart Factory in Jiangsu Province
Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology officially released the list of “Advanced-Level Smart Factories” for 2025, with Jiangsu Bosheng Medical New Materials Co., Ltd. successfully selected due to its outstanding innovative achievements in the field of intelligent manufacturing. This recognition not only underscores Bosheng Medical’s leading position in the industry in digital transformation and intelligent upgrading, but also injects strong momentum into the company’s high-quality development.
According to reports, the designation of “Jiangsu Province Advanced-Level Smart Factories” is a key initiative by Jiangsu Province to advance the intelligent transformation and digitalization of its manufacturing sector. The goal is to establish industry benchmarks through rigorous evaluation criteria and thereby steer high-quality development in manufacturing. The “Intelligent Factory for Medical Packaging Materials Based on Highly Efficient Automation” developed by Bosheng Medical Devices leverages next-generation IoT technologies to establish an integrated production control system centered on ERP and anchored by a MES, thereby creating a smart manufacturing management framework. By digitally optimizing key processes such as production line configuration, equipment operation, and supply chain management, the factory fosters horizontal collaboration and seamless vertical integration of management functions, significantly enhancing the efficiency of pharmaceutical packaging material production.
